Return Conditions
Please be aware that containers of custom colour paint or stain and opened or partially used products are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Clear, unopened products and accessories can be exchanged or refunded. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The total initial and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
To request a refund for a purchase made through the WesternStains website, please email us at support@westernstains.com. Please provide the order number from your confirmation email.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
